Terms and Conditions
Scheduling
Appointment scheduling can be initiated via online submission or phone call. We will do our best to determine the appropriate time of day to ensure favorable conditions, however selecting the appointment time is ultimately the responsibility of the Client. If Sandpiper Property Media, LLC needs to change, modify, or move your appointment time, we will give you proper notice in the form of a phone call, text and email.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
There is a $100 cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. No-show appointments, or non-appearance after 30 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, are also subject to this $200 fee. The only exception to this rule would be due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance such as natural disaster, acts of war, government actions, etc.
Travel and Parking Charges
We will not charge for travel unless the appointment exceeds 100 miles of round trip mileage. Each additional mile will be charged at a rate of $1.00 per mile in addition to the appointment total. Travel is calculated based on where our photographer is coming from.
If we must pay for parking, we will always seek out the most inexpensive option. We will bill clients directly for any parking charges that are associated with the project and provide receipts.
Property Readiness
Please ensure the property is ready prior to the appointment time in accordance with the Pre-Visit Checklist. The Pre-Shoot Checklist will be provided with confirmation of your appointment and is also available in the footer section of this website.
Filming & Photography
Our photographers have full creative liberty of choosing the best compositions, room selection, and how many photos each room should get unless otherwise requested in advance. If you feel that you need additional photos, we will bill accordingly for a second visit to the property.
Floor Plans
All Floor Plans are approximated and square footage is estimated. Sandpiper Property Media, LLC does not guarantee the exact measurements of square footage when producing floor plans and floor plan measurements.
Photography and Videography Editing
All Photography & Videography services include editing in their pricing.
Videography Revisions
Videos sent are the final versions meaning that revisions are not accepted unless we have made a mistake of any type. Music choices are final and you have the right to select a song from music selection. Any changes made after the final video has been sent will be subject to a charge at our Video Editing Rate of $50 per hour.
Matterport Hosting
Matterport spaces will be hosted for six (6) months from the date of appointment. An additional six (6) months of hosting is available for $50.
Asset Delivery
We strive to deliver all Photography media within 24 hours of the appointment time and upon receipt of payment. Video will be delivered within two (2) to five (5) business days. All deliverables will be accessible in the form of a link.
Payment
All Payment must be made in full before delivery of media assets. The 24 hour turnaround period starts when the invoice has been paid in full.
Return Charges
Should a reshoot be required due to the property not being ready, changes to the decor, or additional photos and or video beyond the scope of the original work, a fee of $100 will be applied. Sandpiper Property Media, LLC reserves the right to charge this fee at its discretion.
Refunds
Sandpiper Property Media, LLC does not provide Refunds. All sales are final. By using our services you recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstance. For any canceled appointments that were pre-paid, a credit will be applied to your account.
Asset Rights and License
All photos and videos and rights relating to them, including copyrights and ownership rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of Sandpiper Property Media, LLC. This license provides you, the Client, with the limited right to publicly display and distribute the photos and videos only for promotional advertising purposes directly related to the sale of the property. All photos and videos taken are a single-use license, meaning they are not to be duplicated, edited, transformed, changed, or manipulated. These photos and videos are not to be sold to any 3rd party without consent from Sandpiper Property Media, LLC.
Liability & Insurance
Sandpiper Property Media, LLC is insured and the specific policy can be provided upon written request for a specific job, Client or agency. All Drone operators are licensed with the FAA.
